Dr. Emre Aygün

Op. Dr. Emre Aygün serves as a specialist in cardiovascular surgery. After completing his medical education at Kırıkkale University Faculty of Medicine in 2010, he underwent his residency training in cardiovascular surgery at Türkiye Yüksek İhtisas Training and Research Hospital between 2012 and 2018.

Enhancing his clinical competence through experience gained in various healthcare institutions throughout his professional career, Op. Dr. Emre Aygün completed his residency following his tenure as a research assistant and served a wide patient portfolio during his mandatory service at Hakkari Yüksekova State Hospital.

Currently practicing at Koru Hospital in Ankara, Op. Dr. Emre Aygün focuses on coronary artery diseases, peripheral vascular diseases, and aortic diseases, as well as varicose vein treatments.

In addition to advanced procedures such as open-heart surgery, heart valve surgeries, and aortic surgery, he performs current and minimally invasive applications in the fields of endovenous varicose vein surgeries (such as endovenous laser and radiofrequency ablation) and aesthetic varicose vein treatments (foam sclerotherapy, spider vein treatments).
