الأستاذة الدكتورة جولشاه باديمجي؛ هي طبيبة متخصصة في جراحة المخ والأعصاب والعمود الفقري والنخاع الشوكي. تخرجت في كلية الطب بجامعة أنقرة عام 1993 بترتيب الرابعة على دفعتها. حصلت على لقب أخصائية جراحة المخ والأعصاب من قسم جراحة المخ والأعصاب بكلية الطب في جامعة أنقرة عام 2001. نالت درجة أستاذ مشارك في كلية الطب بجامعة كيريكالي عام 2008، وحصلت على لقب أستاذ دكتور في كلية الطب بجامعة يوكسيك إحتصاص عام 2021. عملت كباحثة وزميلة سريرية تحت إشراف الأستاذ الدكتور م. غازي ياشارغيل في جامعة أركنساس للعلوم الطبية في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، كما عملت كباحثة في كلية الطب بجامعة ييل الأمريكية، حيث ساهمت في العديد من المنشورات العلمية الدولية. وهي حاصلة على شهادة البورد الأمريكي (ECFMG Step 1) وشهادة البورد الأوروبي (EANS). تجيد اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى متقدم. لديها جوائز في رياضة التنس والسباحة. تمارس فن الكاريكاتير والرسم الطبي على مستوى احترافي. خلال مسيرتها المهنية التي امتدت لـ 30 عاماً، أجرت عدداً لا يحصى من العمليات الجراحية كأخصائية في جراحة المخ والأعصاب. تركز بشكل مكثف على جراحات تضيق القناة الشوكية، وانزلاق الغضروف القطني والعنقي، وأورام المخ، وجراحة استسقاء الرأس، وانضغاط الأعصاب.
