Specialist in Pediatrics, Uzm. Dr. Ayşe Çalkan Kayabaş graduated from Başkent University Faculty of Medicine in 2009 and began her residency in Pediatrics in the same year. She completed her residency at Dr. Sami Ulus Children's Hospital and became a Pediatric Specialist.

Following her specialization, she completed her mandatory service at Şanlıurfa Children's Hospital for two years. Having worked in private hospitals since 2017, Dr. Çalkan Kayabaş has also undertaken the responsibility of neonatal intensive care units in the institutions where she served.

She continues her professional development by closely following courses, congresses, and current scientific publications; she works particularly in the fields of neonatal intensive care, breastfeeding consultancy, and child health monitoring. She currently serves her patients at the Pediatrics Clinic of Özel Koru Sincan Hospital.
