Process

From the First Examination to the Postpartum Period

The monitoring program is carried out in six stages.

  1. 01

    First Consultation

    An introductory examination is held with the obstetrics and gynecology specialist, and the week of pregnancy is determined.

  2. 02

    Monitoring Program

    The examination and test schedule is planned according to the week of pregnancy, and check-ups continue at regular intervals.

  3. 03

    Screening Tests

    Screening tests are performed in the designated weeks, and the results are evaluated by the physician.

  4. 04

    Preparation for Delivery

    Prenatal preparation is completed with antenatal classes and breastfeeding and nutrition counseling.

  5. 05

    Delivery

    Delivery is carried out with the physician and midwife present; mother and baby are monitored afterward.

  6. 06

    Postpartum

    The baby's initial check-ups, heel prick test, hearing test and fifth-day examination are performed.
